Acid Reflux Remedies: 3 Natural Cures To Make At
Home
Most people who suffer from acid reflux are looking for some
good acid reflux remedies. Many who suffer from this disease
have tried just about everything. If you are one of these
people then you will enjoy this article. We will take a look at
3 ways you can cure reflux and heartburn naturally.
Remedy #1: Vinegar
When I first heard of vinegar as being a cure I thought it was
crazy. Wouldn't vinegar make my condition worse? I thought for
sure it would only help my stomach make more acid. Indeed,
vinegar will help your stomach make more acid. What I didn't
know is that is what my stomach needed.
Some people have acid reflux because their stomach is not
producing the acid that it needs to break down foods. By taking
a teaspoon of vinegar you can give your stomach a boost. Of
course this won't work for everyone, but it is worth a try.
Remedy #2: Baking Soda
Take a good dose of baking soda with a glass of water. Take a
few minutes to drink it. This isn't perfect, but it will offer
you some temporary relief. What you will find is that baking
soda doesn't do as good of a job maintaining the balance your
body needs to be a good long-term solution.
Remedy #3: Your Diet & Lifestyle
Like it or not you may have to change the way you live. Some
people will continue to eat foods that simply don't place nice
with their bodies. This means you may have to give up on greasy
foods, chocolate, coffee, and anything else they may bother
your acid reflux condition.
You should also take a serious look at things like stress and
sleeping habits. This are two things that can have a negative
impact on your acid reflux condition.
There certainly are more cures and treatments available to you.
Those three are the main things to try first. If you have
already tried them, then you may want to look into a more
complete program such as some of the ones found
below.

Stop Acid Reflux Now is written by
Kathryn Whittaker. This is another good
e-book on curing your acid relfux or heartburn naturally. This
e-book has slighly more of an educational style to it. This is
either good or bad depending on how you want to look at it.
Overall this is a good e-book, but not my favourit. I give it a
8.5 out of 10.

The Reflux Remedy Report is written by
Bob Barton. This is a quality e-book that is a little shorter
and to the point. I like how it is short, but somtimes the
educational part can be usefull to understanding acid reflux
more effectivly. Overall this is good, but falls short of
competing against the others. I give it a 7.8 out of
10.
