A Guide To Home Remedies For Acid
Reflux
Home remedies for acid reflux are getting more and more popular
all the time. Many medications for acid reflux can do more harm
then good in the long-term, and this makes natural remedies
even more popular. Were going to take a look at a few remedies
you can try and if they natural remedies can even work at
all.
Do Home Remedies Even Work?
Yes home remedies can work on acid reflux. However, like most
medications they will take prolonged use in order to keep your
acid reflux at bay. For example, you may need to eat or drink
certain foods regularly to keep your heartburn away.
Remedies You Can Try
There are lots and lots of remedies out there. The truth is
that you only really need one that works. Once you find one
that works it should keep on working unless there is a change
in your condition over time. Here are a few you can try.
Cinnamon: You can add cinnamon to some of your food for each
meal that you eat. Cinnamon is an antacid that can help your
stomach out a great deal. I recommend that give this a try.
Organic Grapefruit Skins: You will need grade the skin and then
store it. You can use the skin once it has dried out. Later on
you can take a few pieces of the skin and eat when your acid
reflux crops up. This is one of the more creative remedies that
you can try.
Yogurt: Some people may find that yogurt aggravates acid
reflux. These are usually people who don't respond very well to
dairy products. For the rest of us you will find that yogurt
can be very soothing on the stomach. Yogurt can be very useful
if you have been eating spicy foods.
Enzymes: You should try to eat foods that contain lots of
enzymes. A lack of enzymes is a major cause of acid reflux. You
can get more enzymes by eating the right foods. For example,
pineapple and papaya are good sources of enzymes.
In my opinion you can't beat natural remedies and cures. I
recommended that you try as many as you need until you find
something that works.

Stop Acid Reflux Now is written by
Kathryn Whittaker. This is another good
e-book on curing your acid relfux or heartburn naturally. This
e-book has slighly more of an educational style to it. This is
either good or bad depending on how you want to look at it.
Overall this is a good e-book, but not my favourit. I give it a
8.5 out of 10.

The Reflux Remedy Report is written by
Bob Barton. This is a quality e-book that is a little shorter
and to the point. I like how it is short, but somtimes the
educational part can be usefull to understanding acid reflux
more effectivly. Overall this is good, but falls short of
competing against the others. I give it a 7.8 out of
10.
